The Criminal Justice System is one of the major public services in the country and includes the Police, theh Courts, the Crown Prosecution Service, the Prison Service, Probation, Legal Services Commission and the Youth Offending Service.
These criminal justice agencies work together to deliver the criminal justice process.

Ensure consistent collection, analysis and use of good quality ethnicity data to identify and address unfair face disproportionality in the CJS

Reduce the time for arrest to sentence for persistent young offenders (PPOs)
Dyfed Powys Criminal Justice Board is made up of the Chief Officers from the Police, Probation, Courts, Crown Prosecution Service, Prison and mangers from the Youth Offending Service and the Legal Services Commission.
