How we contribute to improving the Criminal Justice System in Lancashire;
Lancashire Probation Trust is a law enforcement agency protecting the public in Lancashire by punishing and rehabilitating offenders. Across the county we are working to reduce crime and to help build safer communities.
Employing over 600 staff, we work from 16 offices across Lancashire – and also within the county’s prisons and courts. From there, we supervise around 8000 offenders a year. Ultimately, our job is to ensure that offenders within the community complete their sentences successfully and without incident.
